At Mon'Art Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mon'Art account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box over any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
